Select the day and time of delivery and enter the recopient’s name, phone number and address.

You can view the details of your order on the shopping cart page. If you would like to change your order, click on the name of the bouquet. Our flower stock changes daily sos some componenty of the bouquet you ordered may be out of stock. In this case, we will replace those components with different flowers, but you can be sure that the bouquet will be the same in style, shape, colors and arrangement as the one you selected.

When setting up the order, you can add a personalised note to the recipient on the product page and select a greeting card. We will write your note by hand so please keep it short. This service, including the card, is free.

On the product page, you can also choose sweets and wine to send with the bouquet. You can select several types of gift, but only one of each. The price of the selected gift(s) will be added to the order total, which is shown before you add the order to the cart.

We can deliver orders from 9AM to 7PM on weekdays, and from 9AM. to 1 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery on weekends is possible only if the dates can be selected in the calendar.

Please note that, before special occasions, pre-orders may be closed several days before. If you want to ensure delivery on time, please place your order well before the occasion.

Shipping within Szeged is free. Delivery fee to Algyő, Deszk, Domaszék, Röszke, Sándorfalva, Szatymaz, Tiszasziget, Újszentiván is 1.500 FT, while to Kübekháza, Mórahalom and Zsombó it is 2.000 Ft.

Our flower courier will deliver the bouquet to the provided address at the time you specified, and will attempt to hand it over to the recipient. If this fails, the courier will call the recipient on the phone number you provided when placing your order and agree on how and when to deliver the flowers.

If the bouquet cannot be delivered, our courier will return it to the shop and we will call you or contact you by e-mail to discuss further options.

After a successful order, our system will send an automatic confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour, please call us.

If you chose payment by bank transfer, after we receive your payment, you will receive another email, informing you that we have started processing your order.

After successful delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation email that will include the electronic invoice for your order. We try to send this confirmation email as soon as possible after delivery, but sometimes it will be sent after working hours.

That is, the time of delivery confirmation is not the same as the time of delivery.
